The BIAW Excellence in Remodeling (EIR) awards recognize the state’s outstanding remodeling projects.

Entries

We accept project submissions to 20 different categories, ranging from the top kitchens and baths to additions, outdoor living and universal design.

Industry experts review and score each individual project based on aesthetics, special or unique design solutions, quality craftsmanship, appropriate building materials, budgetary considerations and the challenges the project’s design requirements faced.

Entry Fee: $75

Projects must be completed after Jan. 1 of the previous year

The Excellence in Remodeling award winners are honored during the EIR awards reception held in conjunction with the BIAW summer board meeting. Join fellow members and guests as we celebrate the best of the best remodeling projects fromacross the state.

Local Association Awards
